Inspiring WDS post. Sorry for your loss, but I’m inspired by your ability to turn that weekend into an empowering experience. I’m going to WDS this year and hope we’ll have the opportunity to connect there.

I love “The List”. We have a lot in common…

I’m a former competitive freediver, so I can easily help you hit that 4 minute breath hold. I could probably coach you to doing it during a 1 hour Skype chat if you’re interested. Or, I’m going to pitch the idea of doing a breath hold workshop at WDS to Chris.

You should try to organize a mass group at WDS to learn the Thriller choreography with you. It’d be a blast doing it with a huge group.

As for your yoga studio goal… my wife owns two successful studios here in Ottawa. She’s coming to WDS so you can pick her brain if you’d like.

Oh, and I’m a multiple Ironman triathlete, so if you want any training tips for your marathon and tri goals, just let me know. I actually did my most recent Ironman in Lake Placid where you had your skeleton track experience. Very cool.
